BUR (Built-Up Roofing)
As Built-Up Roofs age the asphalt they're made of begins to fail — forming cracks and gaps that lead to costly leaks.
Whether failures are addressed in time or the existing roof needs to come off, a foam roof is a non-invasive, cost-effective solution. SPF builds up slope to enhance drainage, eliminates ponding, and adds insulation value in a single application.

Metal
As metal roofs age, fasteners loosen, gaskets fail, and seams begin to open — leading to leaks and accelerated corrosion.
Unicoat installs warranted coating systems that re-seal seams and fasteners, restore reflectivity, and extend the life of standing-seam, R-panel, and corrugated roofs — eliminating the cost and disruption of full replacement.

Modified Bitumen
As modified roofs age, the protective granules wear away — exposing the asphalt cap sheet to UV and accelerating deterioration, cracking, and seam failure.
We restore torch-down, cold-applied, SBS, and APP modified-bitumen systems with coating restorations or full SPF second-roof options — locking out water and reflecting up to 90% of solar heat.

Single-Ply (TPO / EPDM / PVC)
As single-ply roofs age, the waterproof outer layer deteriorates. Once it fails, water saturates the insulation and leaks begin.
A silicone coating repairs surface damage and extends the life of TPO, EPDM, and PVC membranes with full system warranties — no tear-off, no landfill, no interior disruption.

SPF (Spray Polyurethane Foam)
When foam roofs are left unmaintained — or coated with the wrong product — they begin to deteriorate from the top down.
As foam specialists, we offer multiple paths back to a warranted roof. Stable foam can be cleaned and recoated with silicone. Damaged areas can be scarified, re-foamed, and coated for a fresh full-system warranty.
